Showcasing 3 of our favorite full custom designs that we created for our valued MSC customers. When we build fully custom skis for our customers we take into account a lot of variables — skiing style, strength, height and weight, powder vs hardpack, etc — but incorporating a unique graphic design created specifically for the individual skier is our favorite part. The custom artwork becomes the final element that brings each pair of skis to life and gives them their own specific identity. This spring 3 of our favorite skis were the Wave, Viking, and Snowghost inspired by descriptions and ideas sent to us by each skier. If you could dream up your own custom design what would inspire you on the slopes?
I don’t ski often, but when I do… I shred the gnar, bro. Here’s the link to the Backcountry Magazine interview with Jonathon Goldsmith who plays “The Most Interesting Man in the World.”
Great program, great people, great event…. ’nuff said.
Craig "Snow" Moore - 48 Months Consecutive Skiing
The Ultimate Ski Bum? At the moment, our good friend Craig “Snow” Moore is one of ten finalists in The Powder Highway Ultimate Ski Bum Blow Your Mind Contest (That sure is a reeeel mooothful eh?!) Considering he has skied 48 consecutive months (mostly by hiking in Glacier Park like a deranged billy goat) we at MSC believe that Craig would make an excellent representative and therefore winner of this prestigious — and totally rad — contest. Oh, and he’s a professional photographer, blogger, and total skiing dirtbag. As Charlie would say “WINNING!” Go to the link and vote for your favorite ski bum. May the best bum win.
